Just wanted to take a minute and let you guys and gals know about the championship money and how we will crown a champion, I will give more details as we get closer to Race day!!!
1.All cars must have a BUSTERS windshield logo on your car, Must have one each of the small Busters pawn and Busters Bait stickers place on your car to run for the championship. Theses graphics will be given to you free of charge.Can be picked up at Busters Pawn or at Huntsville Speedway.
2.How the money will add up!!!! I will donate money each week that Busters Pro Late Model Race. Money will be put in a pot to be given out at end of season to the top 5 points champions(you will get check at banquet)
3. How much money will be paid out ?
That depends on how many cars show up to race in the Busters Pro Model Division every other week.
0 to 8 Cars = $200.00 will be put in pot
9 to 14 Cars = $300.00 will be put in pot
15 or more Cars = $500.00 will be put in pot
The Number of cars that take the green flag will determine the amount put in pot!!!!!
For some reason that we don’t race our week,I will put $100.00 in pot...So call your friend call your brother,let’s get as many cars we can to run for the championship this year🏁🏁🏁

2020 Modifieds of Mayhem General Rules and Race Procedure
Modifieds of Mayhem General Rules and Race Procedure.
Upon admittance to a restricted area, all participants must conduct themselves in a manner not detrimental to stock car racing. Profanity in front of race fans, officials, management, profane signs or writing on cars, etc., will not be tolerated and may subject the offending party to penalties. Conduct in Social Media deemed detrimental to Modifieds of Mayhem or Partner tracks, its officials or sponsors may subject the driver or team to penalties or sanctions. UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT AND/OR CONDUCT DETRIMENTAL TO THE SPORT OF AUTO RACING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
Verbal or physical abuse of officials, including improper language or actions will result in penalties.
Fighting will not be tolerated. Drivers will be held responsible for the conduct of all persons connected with their car, and violations will be dealt with accordingly. Any person from a crew, including the driver, going to another pit area or competitors’ car where any altercation erupts, will be considered at fault and will be subject to penalties.
Any driver who, in the judgment of series officials, engages in rough driving, deliberately running into, blocking or swerving in front of another car – may be subject to penalties. Any car intentionally blocking the track will subject the owner and driver to immediate and indefinite suspension from the Track/Series.
Any driver who intentionally causes a caution by stopping, spinning, or any other action, is subject to 2-lap penalty.
Crewmembers are not allowed on the racetrack at any time. Pit crew, drivers, or track officials are not allowed to service cars on the racing surface without specific permission from race control.
No one is allowed in the tower without permission at any time. You will be subject to severe penalties. Race Director will be available at end of night.
All MOM Drivers must register with scoring in the tech shed at each event. Registration will close fifteen (15) minute prior to divisions drivers meeting. If you have not registered by then you will either be required to qualify first or you may start at the rear of the feature.
Modifieds of Mayhem qualifying order will be set by draw when you register with scoring. Qualifying order will be posted in the tech shed showing qualifying tech groups and times.
Tour races running transponders will get them at registration. You must leave a valid Drivers License with scoring that will be held until the transponder is returned at the conclusion of the days events. Some tracks may require a charge for renting the transponder You will be required to use an AMB pouch or clip to secure the transponder on the left rear frame rail of the car. They are available for purchase at the registration table. If you have a personal transponder, please disable it prior to going on track.
Transponder must be on car for any on track activity when they are made available.
Drivers participating in Events that require two timed laps will have an official time once they have taken the white flag. If you are unable to attempt a lap at your spot in line you will be placed on a five-minute clock to present car for your lap(s). There will be no requalifying.
For Events that do not have qualifying orders, once the last car in line leaves stop and go no other cars will be allowed to join the line.
Top 8 will redraw for position after qualifying Pole Sitter will draw first then 2nd fastest qualifier (1-8) to determine feature lineup.
Unless a majority of the field has completed a lap scoring will revert to the last completed lap for restart lineup. This is at the sole discretion of the Race Director.
Once fifty percent of the total laps are completed the race is considered official.
Finishing positions will be determined according to the most laps completed (including those earned through announced race procedures) in the least time, regardless of whether the car is running.
Protests to finishing positions in any race must be made within fifteen (15) minutes after the un-official results are posted. Such protests must be in writing and must be given to the Chief Scorer or Race Director.
Scoring re-check decisions are final, and cannot be appealed or litigated.
Results are not official until Tuesday following the race event. In the event of a protest or some other delay in the results of a race being made official, such as but not limited to tire sample testing, no purse will be sent out until all test results are back and results are made official.
Inspections, Mechanical Protests
Series / Track officials may require an inspection of any vehicle at any time. Any part deemed illegal by tech officials is subject to confiscation.
Vehicles placing in the first three positions must present themselves at the inspection station immediately after the conclusion of the feature race for such inspection and must not work on the car in any fashion until told to do so by a tech official. Track reserves the right to hold and inspect more cars.
A competitor must take whatever steps are required, including a complete tear down of the car, as requested by series officials to facilitate inspection of the car.
Failure to present a car for inspection when requested to do so, or refusal to take steps requested by series officials, will be considered an admission of guilt and will be grounds for disqualification.
Any cars disqualified from the event by the Technical Inspector will forfeit all points and money for that event. You must also start on the rear of the next heat or feature the car starts in.
Protests regarding alleged mechanical infractions must be made within fifteen (15) minutes of the conclusion of the event. The written protest must specify, in detail, a single, specific part or rule that is in violation, and be given to the Chief Technical Inspector or Race Director, along with a fee of $300 per item, 25% of the fee will be retained by the track for administrative costs. The remaining goes to the winner of the protest.
The driver filing the protest is subject to the same inspection of the protested item.
A protest may only be filed against a car in the top 3 by a competitor finishing in the top 5. Track officials reserve the right to refuse any protest at their sole discretion.
Common Technical Rules
Sunoco is the Spec fuel for all Modifieds of Mayhem events. A minimum fuel purchase will be required at some events. Fuel samples may be taken at any time and tested. Alcohol, nitro-methane, nitrous oxide, other oxygenating agents, other additives and/or fuels that contain masking agents or oxygen are not permitted. Use of such substances or additives will result in immediate disqualification and loss of any money and points. Use of any fuel that contains oxygen is prohibited!!!
Bleeders are not allowed. Use of tire softening or altering agents is not permitted. Use of such substances will result in immediate disqualification and suspension. Tire samples can be taken after any event and sent for testing.
Vehicles must have 4-wheel hydraulic brakes.
No traction control devices, electronic or otherwise, will be permitted. Use of traction control will be cause for immediate disqualification and suspension from future racing activities. No driver adjustments other than ONE adjuster for brakes.
One Ignition Box Only. Must be located on right side of car with rev-limiter facing outward.
No “U” Shaped Fuel Cells or non-standard shaped fuel cells.
No Data Acquisition equipment/wiring is allowed in the car on officially recognized race or practice days.
Penalties for violations of the rules are determined by the gravity of the violation and/or its effects on fairness of competition. They may also be weighted as to discourage future infractions of a similar nature. Penalties may include, but are not limited to, lap penalties, position penalties, disqualification, suspension, fines, and/or loss of points. A suspension may be for a determined period of time or number of events, indefinite or remainder of a season.
Modifieds of Mayhem, are required to have a spotter in the designated spotters stand during feature events. Spotter must have the ability to monitor race control.
When supplied, teams are required to use window and contingency stickers in their designated and mandated position. Failure to do so may result in a monetary penalty or loss of contingency eligibility. Select windshield stickers / series Logo and decals may be absolutely required to participate in an event.
All cars must go through tech for safety inspection the first time the car competes at the track each season. This will include inspection of all personal safety equipment.
Modifieds of Mayhem cars must go through tech inspection at each event before practice. Any infractions must be checked off prior to qualifying tech opening. Failure to do so could result in loss of qualifying lap for same infraction in qualifying tech.
Modified of Mayhem tires may be impounded and will be released prior to qualifying tech. There will be no jacking up or lifting of the car period once qualifying tires are installed.
All Drivers must start the feature on the tires you qualify or Heat Race on or you must start on the rear. Officials reserve the right to make exceptions in certain situations.
Cars involved in a “Trophy Dash” may use a different set of tires than the set that they qualified or heat raced on.
When going through tech prior to qualifying it is the drivers responsibility to know when you need to be in line. Failure to be at tech in your time slot could result in loss of a qualifying lap.
Normal race programs can consist of any combination of practice, qualifications (1or 2 laps),”Trophy Dash”, last-chance race, heat races and feature as announced by officials. Race lineup can also be set by practice speed, random draw or from season points.
Final practice session times may be used for qualification purposes on events utilizing transponders should unforeseen circumstance dictate the necessity during the event. Final session practice times may be scheduled in advance to replace traditional qualifying.
A driver, with his car, must either practice or qualify, to be eligible to start the feature. The only exception is with prior approval.
A driver may qualify only one (1) car, and a car may be qualified only one (1) time for a race program. If a car is scratched following a successful qualifying attempt, a driver may qualify another car, provided that car has not yet qualified.
All driver changes from the time registration starts, must be reported to a track official prior to that driver taking to the track. Any driver change prior to start of a race and after qualifying will result in that car starting at the rear of field. Failure to notify of a change will result in loss of money and points.
Lineups for races and qualifying order will be posted in the tech shed. It is the responsibility of the driver to check his or her qualifying or starting position and be ready when called for an event. Cars not in position when field rolls may be placed at the rear of the starting lineup or disqualified from the event.
Drivers that wish to go to the rear will go to their original position. On the pace lap pull to the side and let the field go by. That row will just advance forward.
Any car that loses a wheel, has a hood or trunk lid come off or open, or is observed dragging dangerous parts, or dropping any fluid, is subject to a black flag at the discretion of the officials.
Driver must remain with any disabled car to assist track removal.
All cars must keep a reasonable speed. If you are unable to maintain a reasonable speed you will be given one opportunity to pit for adjustments or repairs and return to competition. If you still cannot maintain reasonable speed you will be parked for the remainder of the event.
Three unassisted spins and you will be parked for the remainder of the event.
Officials may alter the rules or procedures at any time in the interest of fairness and/or safety.
Any situation not specifically covered in these rules will be acted upon by the official or officials in charge at the time, whose decision will be final and binding on all participants.
Any disagreement over technical questions or operations will be resolved by track / Series officials. When their decision is made, such decision is final and binding.
Continuous developments in racing may necessitate changes which cannot be anticipated at the time rules are formulated. If necessary, rules may be updated, changed, deleted or added to at the discretion of the officials.
Officials may use weight penalties for any infractions of these rules in an effort to make a car eligible to compete.
At certain events, to encourage participation of competitors from other tracks to compete, the officials may alter the rules for those cars, to try and create a level playing field for cars that might fall outside of the normal rules. Official’s decisions are final.
In the event of an excessive number of caution laps, or due to curfew, track/Series officials reserve the right to count 3-5 laps per caution period toward race distance or to shorten the number of laps of any events. If the total laps are cut we will notify you via race control and attempt to complete at least 5 more laps.
Approved seat belts and double shoulder harness will be required, no older than five (5) years. A crotch strap will be required. Sternum strap recommended.
Modified of Mayhem drivers will not be allowed on the racetrack at any time without proper neck restraints in place.
Helmet should be 2010 Snell standard or better and have sticker visible for inspection.
Approved, clean full driving suit and gloves for fire protection are mandatory and must be worn at all times. Fire proof shoes are highly recommended.
All cars must have a working fire suppression system (preferred) or, at minimum, a driver accessible fire extinguisher at least two pounds in size. Gauges for extinguishers must be easily visible for inspection.
Side plate for driver’s door will be mandatory. Must be 18 inches (18”) high post-topost, 1/8” minimum thickness steel and be securely welded or bolted.
Driver’s window must be equipped with safety net with quick release-latch, no older than five (5) years. Window Net must be large enough to protect driver from debris and keep limbs inside car. When latched, the window net must fit and pull tight.
Resilient padding designed for roll bar use is highly recommended and should be installed on any roll cage member which can be reached by any extremity of the driver while driver is normally seated with restraints fastened. At a minimum a full door pad should be used.
All lead weights must be painted white, with the car number painted on each individual piece and be visible from the top. All lead weights must be securely fastened with minimum half inch bolts. Any lost weight may result in a $10 per pound fine. No Tungsten or similar weight allowed!
All competing teams must possess a minimum 10 lb. Aluminum working fire extinguisher while in attendance in pits, and this item must be presented at inspection. Car number must be painted on fire extinguisher.
A main electrical cut-off switch needs to be clearly marked and easily accessible to safety crews. “On” and “Off” switch must be clearly marked.
Numbers must be a minimum of 24” in height, in a contrasting color to the car. Drivers may be asked to outline numbers unreadable from the tower. A number will be required on top and on 8” rear panel.
No part of any cooling system may be located in driver’s compartment.
Batteries must be securely fastened and mounted outside of driver’s compartment
All cars must have an OBERG, SRI or other track approved Vacuum Style fuel shut off placed at the point the fuel exits the cell. Fuel shut off cannot have any internal plastic components. All rear deck lids must be full width and be secured with a quick release type of pin.
A driver that stops on the track should not get out of their car until safety crews arrive, unless a dangerous situation with fire exists. If involved in an incident, please lower window net to signal you are ok and wait for safety crew.
Any competitor suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or narcotics must submit to testing by track security. Failure to comply or if found to be under the influence you will be suspended.
Initial start will be in the box on the front straight. Flagman will start the race. Front row should stay side by side until the green waves. Jumping the start will result in a black flag for a pass-through penalty.
If a caution occurs before the completion of the first lap there will be a complete restart. All cars retain position unless they pit or receive assistance from the safety crew.
On a complete restart if a car drops out or goes to the rear that line will just advance forward.
Caution laps do not count. You cannot lose a lap under caution.
Do not race back to yellow. Get single file behind pace car.
No scuffing when workers are on track. Stay in a straight line.
After a lap is completed the lineup will revert to the last completed lap. Those involved in the caution as well as anyone that pits will restart on the tail. If you stop to avoid the caution and do not make contact or spin you will get your position back.
Pace car will pick up field in turn 2. Pits are closed. Once you have followed the pace car under the flagstand the pits will be open next time by. Do not advance, enter pits when you reach pit road.
Stop as quickly and safely as possible. Pits are closed
No working on car on track and no crew members allowed on track.
When track is clear field will move under yellow and lineup will be corrected
Penalty for pitting under red is restart at tail of the line. You must have permission from officials before moving to pit road.
All restarts are double file
At one to go all lap cars must drop behind lead lap cars.
At one to go the leader can choose inside or outside everyone else double up inside/outside.
The leader is the control car and restarts the race inside the box. If you jump the start or play games, you will be black flagged and must serve a pass thru penalty at pit road speed.
Once pace car leaves the field, the front row should gradually increase speed without slowing back down until leader reaches the box. At no time should second be ahead of the leader. No swerving, brake checking, laying back, or games of any kind will be tolerated.
The first car a lap or multiple laps down at the time of the caution will be eligible for the free pass.
The free pass car can pit and still receive the wave around as long as they are back on track in time to receive the wave around.
When told advance to the pace car and wait for race control to wave you by to make up a lap.
In the interest of time race control can manually add the lap and have the free pass car drop to the tail.
Free pass car must start at the tail of the field.
If the eligible car is involved in or the cause of the caution, then there will not be a free pass given.
There will be no free pass in the last 10 laps
Once the white flag is displayed we are coming to a checkered unless the track is blocked.
If track is blocked, we will go red and revert to last lap. We will finish with a green/white/checkered.
Top 3 to front straightaway for trophies and interviews.

*The rules and/or regulations set forth herein provide for the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum acceptable requirements of such events. These rules shall govern the condition of all such events. All participants are deemed to have complied with these rules. No expressed or implied warranty of safety shall result from publications of or compliance with these rules and/or regulations. Rules are intended as a guide for the conduct of the sport and are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to a participant.
* Speedway Officials shall be empowered to permit minor deviations from any of the specifications herein or impose any further restrictions that in his/her opinion does not alter the minimum acceptable requirements. No expressed or implied warranty of safety shall result from such alteration of specifications.
*Speedway reserves the right to update, modify, and/or delete rules at any time deemed necessary to ensure safety, fair competition or any other reason that may be appropriate.
*Cars, parts and or equipment will not be considered as having been approved by having passed through inspection at any time or number of times unobserved or undetected.
*Any interpretation or deviation of these rules is left to the officials. Any decision of and by Speedway Officials is final.
*Unsportsmanlike-like conduct can carry a minimum $100.00 fine and/or suspension. Any and all fines will be added to the point’s fund at the end of the racing season.
*All Discussions with officials must be conducted in a professional manor.
1.American made, factory production, 1970 or newer with parallel frame, rear wheel drive only. Minimum wheelbase 108″ and must be within 1/2 side-to-side.
2550 Minimum for Built “Steel Head”engine.
2600 Minimum for Built “Aluminum Head” Engine.
2500 Minimum for “Pro Late” Crate Engine.

Crate engines may be refreshed, but must retain all manufacturers specifications unless specified. No reground cams. Maximum compression all Pro Late Model Crate Engines 10.0. Recommended rocker arms will be Crane Cams. Re-built engines must have seals from a re-builder on the S.E.A.L. approved list or carry a 75 lb. penalty.

CT 525 Maximum Compression 10.7:1.
Seals on all engines must remain in place and be unaltered.
1.All car 58.0% Left side maximum without refueling at all times.
2.All lead (No Tungsten) must be mounted above frame/inside frame rail with a minimum of two (2) ½ inch bolts. All weights must be painted white or florescent with the car # painted on each piece. Any driver that loses any lead from their car will be fined $ 10.00 per pound payable prior to any further competition. This rule is in effect during race day or practice days.
3.No titanium products, parts, components or gun-drilled, tubular, hollow bolts or studs allowed on chassis or suspension.
4.1(One) Pound per scored lap Burn off allowed after Race.
5.No aluminum blocks for Built Motors.
6.No Dry Sump Systems allowed. Single stage external pump allowed (No external tanks).
1.Only one 2 barrel or one 4 barrel will be allowed. Right Front carburetor stud must have a 1/8” hole for sealing purposes.
2.Must qualify and race with the same combination. No externally adjustable restrictor plates will be allowed.
1.MSD or Crane/Fast Ignition part # 6000-6701 only as produced and mounted on right side of car dials pointed out the passenger side on original plate. Not under seat.
2.7600 rev limiter required for built motors.
3.6700 rev limiter required for CT525. MSD Part # 6014CT. Must have a straight-line timing curve.
4.One battery permitted. Maximum 16 volt and mounted securely outside of driver’s compartment.
5.All wiring must be sealed. No unplugged wiring.
6.NO Traction Control Devices of any kind – If any ‘traction control’ device is found, the driver and owner will be disqualified from the event and possible Suspension and Fine.
1.OEM stock full chassis, clips or Fabricated/tubular frames (must be approved by Tech). Reproduction 68-72 Chevelle frame approved. 2002 Ford Crown Victoria or similar frames allowed.
2.Frames may not be widened or narrowed and must be able to support roll cage on both sides. Front cross member may be notched for radiator clearance only. NO widening or fabricating of cross member. Must maintain stock measurement from cross member to A frame bolts.
3.Ride height minimum 4″ Body, Frame and Lead at all times. No pulling up on car in tech line.
4.MODIFIED TUBE CLIP: Howe replacement clip recommended. Must use stock lower A-Frames, steering box and idler arm. Must maintain 3 ¼ “from lower control arm bolts to bottom of cross member at all times. Lower mounts must be solid and nonadjustable. Must measure 17″ – ¼” tolerance from center bolt to center bolt on front side of lower control arm and 27″ – ¼” tolerance on the front side of the rear of lower control arm and any tube clip that doesn’t meet these specs will be deemed illegal. Must meet go / no-go gauge… Tube clips must have 50lbs. in front of fly wheel.
(This is not an opportunity to be creative)
SUSPENSION AND STEERING:
1.Front steering must be unaltered and be in stock location unless noted. Aftermarket drag link allowed. Tie rods and adjustment sleeve may be replaced with 5/8” heims and tube.
2.OEM and fabricated spindles must be steel. Bottom A-frames cannot be altered or moved. Steering box must be steel approved OEM and must remain within original bolt pattern for type of frame used. No rack & pinion allowed.
3.Minimum of 500 lb. front spring rate and Absolutely no bump-stops, coil binding, short shock shafts or chassis stops of any type and will be checked by putting front tires on ½” blocks and cross-member/nose on the ground.
4.Coil over kits with minimum of 4.5″ springs on rear only. A maximum 2 spring rubbers allowed per spring. No driver adjustments will be allowed from cockpit except Brake Bias knob. Front sway bar must be stock appearing and maximum diameter of 1 3/8”.
5. One (1) shock absorber per wheel, may be steel or Aluminum.
6. All shocks must be non-adjustable or single adjustable only
7. Only single shaft bleed adjustment through a tapered needle into a jet in the hollow shaft allowed. No blow off shafts or high speed rebound shafts allowed.
8. No external reservoirs of any kind.
1.Front and rear brakes must consist of stock appearing components only, Single Piston and must lock up all four (4) wheels.
2. Dual Piston add 25 lbs. for 2020 season only.
3.Only one brake bias adjuster allowed inside cockpit.
1.Full roof is mandatory and must cover complete halo bar. No drip rails allowed.
2.Body sides must mount straight on chassis (measured with 6’ foot straight edge on RR wheel and be equal) with a maximum length of 120″ starting from back of engine, maximum width of 66″ and maximum body rake of 6” must be straight front to rear and flat.
3.Sail panels must be straight from roof to Quarter Panel and end at least 2 inches from spoiler.
4. 12”x18” window opening (Height and Width) measured at Center of Window. Between lowest points at top of window whether roof or roll cage and the highest point at bottom of window whether interior or body.
5.Maximum front nose width 43 ½ inches and all non-Five-star noses may have a maximum of Two 2 ½” lips on top of nose only, no splitters, ledges or fins. Maximum front Nose / Bumper length is 42 inches from center of front wheel.
6. Rear measurement from center of wheel to end of body maximum 48”.
7. A 12″ maximum length triangular enclosure at the ‘A’ pillar will be allowed. No interior or exterior wings, belly pans, double skinned roofs, fins, wings, vanes, vertical ledges, ramps or any other air directing devises are not allowed.
8.Engine compartment must remain open. All cars must have steel side nerf bars mounted even with outside of tire. Must maintain 4″ ground clearance at all times.

All body rules are at the discretion of tech official and must be met or a minimum of 50 pounds per infraction may be accessed.
Option 1:5″x 60″ rear spoiler centered on body with maximum of 4 straight forward braces no longer than 16” and no taller than spoiler. May use Rear “Late Model “Braces. Gurney flaps or curls are allowed but will be included in all measurements. Clear Poly Carbonate or “Lexan” Spoilers highly recommended.
Option 2: 4”x66” Rear spoiler 45 degree to the deck is allowed with all braces to the rear of spoiler.
1.Height 20” Max – 16” Min (Ground to center of Bumper front and Rear)
1.Hoosier R-750 Tire on 8″ steel wheels only.
2.Drivers soaking or altering tires in any way will forfeit all purse and points for the event. Driver must also pay a $1,000 fine prior to being allowed to compete at Speedway. Any illegal tire, in the judgment of Speedway Officials, will be confiscated.
3.Maximum overall track width shall not exceed 80″ from outside of tire to outside of tire and will be measured at hub height. No wide-five hubs allowed.
4.Cars must qualify and race on the same tires. Scuff may be used in case of flat.
1.Sunoco Racing Fuel only with no performance-enhancing fuel additives of any kind. Fuel cell required and a 22-gallon maximum and mounted no lower than rear housing. Lines to fuel pressure gauge must be steel braided type.
2.Oberg # SV-0828 or SRI # FFF-FSV Fuel Valve will be mandatory.
1.Fire suits, Gloves, Shoes, Approved Helmet and Head and Neck restraint required.
2.5-point harness and window net required no older than 5 years and must mount to chassis.
3.Roll Bar padding required within all areas of drivers reach.
4.Aluminum Racing seat only and must mount securely. Full Containment seat highly recommended.
5.Steel or Aluminum drive shaft only and must be painted white with two (2) drive shaft loops.
6.No Accusump systems mounted in Drivers compartment.
7.Foot Protection bar/bars required.
8.All cars must have minimum of a 2-pound fire extinguisher with a gauge and a quick release mounted securely in car within reach of driver while belted in car.
9.All MOM Teams must have a Minimum 10 Lb. Fire extinguisher in pit area.
10.TRACK OFFICIALS must approve all safety equipment.
1.The Chief Tech Inspector shall be authorized to make changes from any specifications contained within these rules as a situation may dictate. Any infraction not specified in these rules may incur a weight penalty. Furthermore, the Chief Tech Inspector may impose further restrictions in an attempt to maintain fairness. Under no circumstances may the tech inspector alter any safety rule to less than stipulated.
2.ANY VARIANCE OF THESE RULES BY PARTICIPANTS THAT MAY ULTIMATELY LEAD TO REDUCTION IN SAFETY, OR AN INCREASED RISK, TO ANY PARTICIPANT, WHETHER ENFORCED BY THE CHIEF TECH INSPECTOR OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY OF THE PARTY OR PARTIES RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VARIANCE. THE MANAGEMENT OF THE TOUR, SPEEDWAY AND THE PROMOTERS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY VARIANCE FROM THESE RULES AS PROVIDED.
Only drivers may protest. Protesting drivers and protested cars must have finished in the top 5 and be on the lead lap. All protests must be specific and submitted to pit officials in writing within 10 minutes of feature race completion and be accompanied by $300 per item (Cash). Spite protests and unsportsmanlike-like protests will not be accepted. The driver who wins the protest will receive $225.00. Both protested and protesting cars will be checked. Driver can only protest 2 times in one season and must wait five weeks before protesting again. Drivers or cars found illegal forfeit all points and moneys earned for the entire race meet. Refusal to comply with a protest or to tear down when instructed by Speedway Officials will result in a fine equal to protest amount, an automatic two race suspension for driver and loss of points and moneys earned for the evening. Upon returning to competition driver must agree to tear down after racing events at their own expense.

Alabama 200 Pro Late Model Race at Montgomery Motor Speedway. Show Me the Money Series
We go to Montgomery Motor Speedway for the Modifieds of Mayhem race at the Alabama 200 Hunt for the Bear.
We went to practice at Montgomery for the Alabama 200. We had an ok day.. But things did break.
We took the modified to practice at Sayre Speedway. It wasn't the best but it should do better at Montgomery.
